The Jerusalem Magistrates Court has decided to release to house arrest the suspect in Wednesday-morning's attack on a soldier in the haredi-religious Mea She'arim neighborhood of Jerusalem, according to Israel Defense Forces Radio.
The police will take the unusual step of appealing the decision today.
