Environmental Protection Minister Zeev Elkin referred to coalition negotiations saying the Likud does not have to comply with all the demands of the small parties.
"They want to be in the government no less than we want to put it together," Elkin told Galei Tzahal, adding that MK David Bitan's expectation of becoming minister was natural. "But this has to be said face-to-face and not over the radio."
