No evidentiary basis to prosecute former head of Neot Hovav Council

The police have announced that there was no evidentiary basis for the prosecution of the former head of the Neot Hovav Council, Andrei Uzan.

He was recently interrogated on allegations of bribery, fraud and breach of trust.
