The management of the Milouoff poultry factory, the workers' committee and the Histadrut Labor Federation in the Western Galilee region have signed a new collective bargaining agreement that will apply to 280 employees.
The employees of the plant will benefit from a salary increase of 5.5% over three years and the participation of management in the annual vacation, which increases the number of days and an improvement in the vacation-days pay.
