Representatives of the combined Ra'am and Balad Arab parties told President Reuven Rivlin on Tuesday that they had no recommendation on a Knesset member to form the next government.
The representatives said that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is not worthy continuing in the office and "Since no party offers an alternative to ending the occupation, we do not recommend any candidate."
