A haredi-religious kindergarden in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn was closed on Monday by the New York City Health Department due to a measles outbreak.
The department said the kindergarden did not provide access to medical records to proving it was denying attendance to unvaccinated students and would not be allowed to reopen until it submitted a corrective action plan.
