A senior security source has told News 13 that the agreement reached between the Israel Prisons Service and Hamas terrorists imprisoned in Israel to end a hunger strike by prisoners "marks a failure by the protest of the prisoners."
The source explained, "The blocking of cellular telephone calls won't be removed. The public telephones [to be installed -ed.] will be under the supervision and listening by the defense establishment to prevent directing and encouraging terror attacks from prison. The prisoners' protest failed and achieved no gain."
