The management of the Strauss Salads factory in the Karmiel industrial zone, the workers committee of the plant and the Histadrut Labor Federation in the Karmiel area have signed a new collective bargaining agreement that will apply to 90 employees.
As part of the agreement, the employees will receive a 10% salary increase, an annual signing bonus of 500 shekels and an increase in the budget by the company for the employees' welfare activities.
