An indictment has been filed at the Magistrates Court in Rishon Letzion against an unlicensed crane operator who was arrested two weeks ago at a building site in Petach Tikva.
The indictment charges the suspect with illegal stay in Israel, fraudulent receipt, impersonating someone with a license, forgery and use of a forged document, and carrying out a long list of serious safety offenses endangering human life, including reckless and negligent acts. The Israel Police's Lahav 433 prosecution unit requested that the suspect be detained until the end of the proceedings.
