Columnist Caroline Glick, a candidate of the New Right Party for Knesset wrote on Twitter, Sunday, "Thank goodness Martin Indyk and his comrades who spent the past 30 yrs trying to force Israel to surrender to its enemies in the name of phony peace have been reduced to kibbitzing on the sidelines. Thank goodness Donald Trump is President and Binyamin Netanyahu is Prime Minister.

On Saturday, Indyk - former United States negotiator and ambassador to Israel - wrote "Thank goodness real friends of Israel are willing to speak out against the annexationists while their Trump enablers stay silent." He was responding to a statement by four prominent House Democrats against Netanyahu's declaration of bringing Israeli sovereignty to Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.
