Round of consultations to establish government to begin next week

President Reuven Rivlin visited the Knesset and inspected the effort to count the votes adopted by the Central Elections Committee.

The President met with Elections Committee Chairman Judge Hanan Meltzer, and the two agreed that the round of consultations with the various parties ahead of forming the government would begin next week at the President's Residence.

In a first-time decision in the history of the President's Residence, the President of the State instructed that his meetings with the various factions be broadcast live.
