The far-left Meretz Party submitted a request to the Chairman of the Central Elections Committee, Judge Hanan Meltzer, to extend voting time in the Arab sector in light of the low voter turnout.
Meretz claims that exposing the use of hidden cameras at the polls in the Arab sector has caused many Arab voters not to go to the polls to vote.
