In a post on Twitter, Minister Gilad Erdan (Likud) attacked Chairman of the Hadash Party MK Ayman Odeh, writing:
"If the voter turnout in the Arab sector is very low, then this is, first of all, a vote of no-confidence by the Arab citizens of Israel in you and your friends, who do them harm instead of connecting them to state institutions and working for genuine equality. So maybe Israeli Arabs do not vote for us in masses, but they already understand that you and your friends are harmful to them and are not helpful."
