In a post on Twitter, Prime Minister and chairman of the Likud Party Benyamin Netanyahu called on voters to come out and vote for him, writing:
"Lapid and Gantz are leading us. They will win! Yair Lapid will be prime minister and he will establish a leftist government with Meretz, Labor, and the Arab parties. Get out of the water, get out of the malls, get out of your houses. Vote for Likud. The gap must be closed. The right must be saved. Wake up!"
