Chairman Moshe Ya'alon of the Telem faction on the Blue-and-White list, voted this morning at his home in Kibbutz Grofit in the Arava region near Eilat.
After voting, the former chief of staff of the Israel Defense Forces and defense minister said, "Citizens of Israel, this is an historic election day."
