United Right Knesset candidate Itamar Ben-Gvir has responded to a video published by the Likud Party, in which Prime Minister Binyamin appears to reject criticism against Ben-Gvir's candidacy and even says that assassinated Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin "was right from [Rabbi Meir] Kahane," of whom Ben-Gvir is viewed as a disciple.

Ben-Gvir said, "I am glad that Netanyahu understands what the entire Israeli people understand - that I am not an extremist, and that the things I say today were said by the Labor Party leaders and even by Rabin, but the difference between me and the entire political system is that I not only speak right wing but also do right wing. During the upcoming term, I will drag Bibi and the entire Knesset to the right, as part of the the United Right."
