The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment in the Tel Aviv District Court against Tom Ziv Ursula, 30, from Moshav Petahia in the Ramle area for possessing three improvised explosive devices.
The investigation was conducted by the national unit for combating serious and organized crime in the Israel Police.
