Police are investigating a suspected hit and run in Haifa, after a pedestrian was hit on Wednesday night by a vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene by Magen David Adom paramedics.
Eyewitnesses said that the pedestrian was hit by a passing vehicle that fled the scene.
