Citing Gaza website Sawa, the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation reports that the installation of devices that block cellular access to Israeli prisons was the first issue raised at a meeting of Hamas leadership with United Nations envoy to the Middle East, Nickolay Mladenov.
Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh said that it was one of the factors that could cause an explosion.
