The Supreme Court has upheld the decision by the head of the Central Election Committee not to move candidate Itamar Ben-Gvir into the fifth spot on the United Right list's ballot, following the court's disqualification of Doctor Michael Ben-Ari, who had held the spot.
Under the ruling, Ben-Gvir will remain in the eighth position.
