At the Soroka Hospital, Shlomi Mark, the son of Rabbi Michael 'Miki' Mark, died after a serious car accident near the Kiryat Gat interchange on Highway 6.
The motorcycle on which Shlomi was riding collided with the safety rail for reasons unknown.
Rabbi Michael Mark, father of 10 from Otniel, was murdered in a drive-by shooting on Route 60 south of Hevron in 2016.
Affectionately known as Mickey to all who knew him, he was the administrative director of the Hesder Yeshiva in Otniel and the Executive Director of Yeshiva Torat Shraga in the YU Israel Gruss Center.
