Prime Minister Netanyahu and cabinet ministers received Brazilian President Jair Bolesnaro and his entourage at a state ceremony at Ben-Gurion International Airport.
During the reception, the two men spoke. "We're making history together, we've opened a new era in our relationship, Israelis love Brazil, the vibrant culture, and above all the warmth of the Brazilian people," Prime Minister Netanyahu told the Brazilian president.
Netanyahu also referred to the security situation and said, "I've instructed to leave IDF forces in full deployment adjacent to Gaza. We're prepared for every scenario and for a broad campaign against the Gaza Strip. We'll do whatever it takes."
