The Ministry of Health reports exposure to measles at the "Maaseh Yadav" synagogue on Hameyasdim Street in Neve Oved (Poriya), near the southern end of Lake Kinneret/the Sea of Galilee.
A person with the virus was in the synagogue last Wednesday and Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00, Friday from 05:30 until 07:30 and Shabbat from 07:30 until 10:00. People who were there at those times, were born from 1957 onwards and are not vaccinated in two doses against measles, must contact their nearest health office about the need for vaccination.
