About 10 Magen David Adom emergency stations in Judea and Samaria will be closed Thursday at 15:00, for lack of a five-million-shekel budget transfer.
The closure of the stations was postponed from Sunday for negotiations which proved fruitless. Among the stations that are liable to be closed: the station in Shavei Shomron, which provides service to the entire area, the station in the northern Samarian community of Shaked and the station in Betar Illit which includes a mobile intensive care unit that provides services to some 60,000 residents.
