The Israeli Prison Service has imposed heavy restrictons on 74 Hamas-affiliated prisoners inside the Negev prison, and 96 prisoners in the Ketziot prison for taking part in prison riots.
Fines up to 250,000 ILS ($68,785.00) were also imposed on prisoners by being cut of their monthly “cantina” money.
Restrictions also included banning visits, banning prisoners from going out to the prison’s yard and transferring some prisoners to solitary confinements. the restrictions were reportedly imposed for 7 days.
