150 people killed in ethnic violence in Mali

The Independent reported that more than 150 people have been killed in a village in Mali following clashes between in one of the worst atrocities in the country's recent history, a government spokesperson said. The atrocity comes against the backdrop of violence between two ethnic groups the Fulani who are traditionally herdsman and the Dogon who are traditionally hunters.
