McDonald's buys Israeli startup for $300 million

The McDonald's fast-food chain has bought Israeli startup Dynamic Yield for $300 million.

Established in 2012, Dynamic Yield customizes websites and mobile, so that every surfer is exposed to content adapted to him while surfing.
