The official value of the shekel declined an average of .061 percent on Monday against most of the currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.623, up .416 percent from Friday, while the Euro rose .061 percent to 4.1018 shekels and the pound sterling was set at 4.7887 shekels, up .474 percent. The Japanese yen rose 1.644 percent, 10 yen buying NIS 3.2898.
