Report: Terrorist from Ariel attack located, exchanges fire with IDF

Reports indicate that the IDF has surrounded a house in Ramallah in which the terrorist who carried out an attack in Ariel yesterday is believed to be hiding. Reports also indicate that a firefight has ensued at the location.
