Customers of the Partner cellular service have reported difficulties in surfing and issuing calls. The problem is apparently due to congestion with an unclear cause on the company's 4G network.
The company told its customers: "There is congestion on the 4G networks in different parts of the country, which intermittently make surfing and making calls difficult. We are working for a quick response and thank you for your patience."
