Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon said, Monday, "No terrorist will stop our building momentum."

Kahlon spoke ahead of Tuesday's start of infrastructure work for the construction of 770 housing units of his "Buyers Price" program for affordable housing out of 849 in the Ariel Darom (South Ariel) neighborhood of the Samarian city of Ariel, which was approved two years ago. He also said, "The young couples in Ariel and Samaria deserve to buy a house at a fair price just like any young couple in the State of Israel."
