The Ministry of Health reports a measles patient was on Arkia flight IZ1805 from Tel Aviv to Eilat, which was scheduled for Wednesday March 13th at 19:30.
The flight failed to take off and the passengers were taken to Eilat by bus. The patient was also on Arkia flight IZ1816 from Eilat to Tel Aviv on Saturday March 16th at 22:50 (scheduled time is 20:50). Passengers on the flight and the bus who were born in 1957 or later and who have not had two doses of vaccine against measeles are invited to contact the nearest health office to determine the need for a measles vaccination.
