After secret police investigations five suspects, employees of a burial society company, were arrested on suspicion of damaging and moving children's graves from the 1970's to create and trade new burial plots.
Two suspects from the religious council of a city near Jerusalem were also arrested on suspicion of trafficking and wholesale sale of illegal burial plots.
