The IDF is estimating that Thursday night's rocket attacks on Tel Aviv were the result of a mistake. However, the origin of the rockets does not change the Israeli response, the IDF said.
"The IDF sees Hamas as responsible for everything which occurs within Gaza and which emanates from it," an IDF statement said.
