The railway workers' committee agreed on Tuesday to the request of the chairman of the Maof Histadrut, Arnon Bar David, to halt the strike of railway workers and to stop the organizational steps in the cargo division, the Histadrut said.
The Histadrut said that the move was made out of consideration for the passengers of the train and out of responsibility for the fate of the company.
