The Jerusalem Magistrates Court has rejected the state's request to close the Mercy or Golden Gate compound on the Temple Mount, which it submitted for security reasons, according to Channel 13 Television.
Justice Dorit Feinstein left the compound open because negotiations are being conducted between Israel and Jordan, and doing so allows the process to be exhausted.
