The Supreme Court said, Tuesday morning, "The gap in punishment policy between the general prosecution in the courts in Israel and the military courts is problematic," according to Israeli public radio.
The concern was stated in a ruling in which the court decided to reduce the punishment of a resident of Qalandiya who gave weapons used to fire at soldiers, after the one who fired the shots was sentenced in a military court to a lighter punishment.
