Report: Algerian elections postponed - president won't run

Al-Jazeera reported, Monday evening, that Algeria's embattled President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has postponed the country's presidential elections and will not seek a fifth term.

Bouteflika just returned home after two weeks in a Swiss hospital.
