The number of complaints of sexual harassment among civil servants in Israel has increased by 70 percent in just two years, according to a report released Monday by the Civil Service Commission's disciplinary division.
According to the report, in 2018, there were 184 complaints of sexual harassment and sexual offenses, compared to 109 cases opened in 2016.
