New Right Chairman and member of the political-security cabinet Naftali Bennet is appealing to Prime Minister Netanyahu to convene an emergency meeting in the cabinet on the security situation in southern Israel.
During the discussion, Bennett demands that the IDF present an operational plan for restoring calm to the south, to be implemented immediately.
