The State Attorney's Office has submitted the summaries of its arguments to the Supreme Court in the civil appeal filed by three Palestinian Authority residents against the judgment of the Jerusalem District Court in their claim to ownership of the land on which the Mitzpe Keramim neighborhood is located, near the Jewish community of Kochav Hashachar in the Binyamin region.
