A fourth soldier from the abuse of Arab prisoners by members of the haredi-religious Netzach Yehuda Battalion of the Kfir Brigade, the fourth in number, has reached a plea bargain with the State Prosecutor's Office in his affairs, according to Maariv.
The deal includes two months' imprisonment, a demotion, and an additional suspended sentence. The soldier will admit the abuse and take responsibility for his part in the affair. It should also be noted that the role of this soldier is negligible compared with the other participants who have already been convicted. The plea bargain is scheduled to be presented to the military court tomorrow.
