The Supreme Court has rejected a petition filed by the Regavim movement for preservation of state lands, which demands the removal of an Arab intruder who, with the aid of European funding, took over an ancient spring and inn in the Binyamin region.
Although the state has been examining for several years "how to apply the Jordanian Antiquities Law," the court ruled that "there is no way to intervene in the order of priorities for enforcement."
