Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu arrived two hours ago at the Foreign Ministry to closely monitor the ministry's activity in the Situation Room following the plane crash in Ethiopia.
Netanyahu spoke with the Israeli ambassador and consul in Ethiopia who reported to him about the crash, the monitoring of the missing Israelis and their condition. The prime minister said, "I have come here to the Foreign Ministry to closely monitor the reports from Ethiopia. To my sorrow, our ambassador has informed us that two Israelis perished in the plane crash. Our hearts are with the families."
