The Central Elections Committee decided not to disqualify the Hadash list for the Knesset, but rejected the candidate in fifth place on the list, Ofer Kassif.
The decision was made by a majority of 10 to 5. Representatives of Kulanu and Hatnuah were absent from the discussion.
