The Arab Balad Party has filed a libel suit against journalist Amit Segal in the Nazareth Magistrates Court following his statements in Yediot Ahronot and on Channel 12 Television, in which he called the party a "terrorist organization".
Balad wants to compel Segal to remove the article from his social networking accounts, publish a public apology and pay compensation of 280,000 shekels.
