The Palestinian Authority has claimed that the terrorist attack that took place Monday morning in the Binyamin Region, in which an Israel Defense Forces officer and a Border Guard were seriously injured, was a "traffic accident caused by weather conditions."
In a statement issued by the official Palestinian news agency Wafa, it said that "the PA categorically rejects the Israeli claim that this was a terrorist attack."
