Channel 13 to appeal delayed broadcast of PM's speech

Channel 13 Television is sending a letter to Chairman Hanan Melcer of the Central Elections Committee, asking him to reconsider the prevention of live broadcasts from the Likud convention (and similar political events expected in the coming days), according to Channel 13 journalist Barak Ravid.
