Chairman Hanan Melcer of the Elections Committee has determined that Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech in the framework of presenting the Likud list to the Knesset will be broadcast with a ten-minute delay.
During this time, the editors of the broadcasting organizations will review the speech and decide whether it is news or election propaganda. The decision was made in response to a petition filed by the Labor Party.
