The Supreme Court accepted in part the petition of Prof. Yael Amitai and ordered the cancellation of the decision of Minister of Science Ophir Akunis not to appoint her to the Board of Governors of the Germany-Israel Foundation for Research and Scientific Development.
The court added that the matter should be re-examined by the minister.
